DTZK LLC, a New York limited liability company doing business as BET ON YRSLF ("BET ON YRSLF," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through bet-on-yrslf.com, our social media accounts, and our coaching, consulting, sprints, sessions, events, and other services (together, the "Site" and "Services"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us, such as when you book a fit chat, fill out a form, buy a Service, sign up for updates, register for an event, or work with us:

- Scheduling details and anything you share in booking or intake forms;
- Billing information (payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers);
- Information and materials you share during our work together, such as business plans, decks, emails, financial information, goals, and personal context; and
- Messages you send us by email, text, voice memo, or social media.
Information collected automatically when you visit the Site, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and referring site, through cookies and similar technologies used by our website host and any analytics tools.
Information from others, such as when someone refers you to us, or from publicly available sources like your website or LinkedIn profile when we prepare for a call.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Schedule and deliver our Services, including preparing for sessions, creating your deliverables, and providing support between sessions;
- Process payments, send invoices, and manage our business records;
- Respond to your questions and communicate with you about your engagement;
- Send you updates, newsletters, or offers if you have signed up or are a client (you can unsubscribe any time);
- Improve the Site and Services;
- Protect against fraud and misuse, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations; and
- For any other purpose with your consent.
Session recordings, notes, and AI tools. With your consent, sessions may be recorded or transcribed, and we may use trusted note-taking, transcription, and AI tools to help capture details, summarize sessions, and prepare your work. We use these only to deliver and improve your Services, and we choose providers that protect the information they process.
Testimonials. We will never publish your name, story, quotes, or results without your permission.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
We share information only:
- With service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, scheduling, video conferencing, email, payment, document, transcription, and AI tools, which may use it only to provide services to us;
- With people you ask us to involve, such as when you request an introduction or ask us to join a call with a partner, funder, or prospect;
- For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of BET ON YRSLF, our clients, or others; and

We treat what you share in our work together as confidential, as described in our Terms & Conditions. We will not share your business or personal information with other clients or the public without your permission.

Our Site and the tools we use may set cookies to make the Site work and to understand how visitors use it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work as a result. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals.
6. Email and Text Communications
If you sign up for updates or become a client, we may email you. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email or by emailing us. We will still send messages related to your Services or payments. If you text or voice memo us, standard carrier rates may apply.
7. Data Retention and Security
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to provide Services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations, and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your client materials once our work is complete, subject to records we are required to keep.
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no website, internet transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending highly sensitive information (such as full account numbers or passwords) by email or text. If a data breach affects you, we will notify you as required by law, including New York's SHIELD Act.

- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your information, subject to legal and record-keeping requirements; or
- Stop sending you marketing emails.
